Thank you for your interest in the Hermitcraft Postcard Zine!

Preorders will be available until March 20th 2025. All items sold through this storefront are preorder items - fulfillment of the final products will not occur until after the preorder and production periods have concluded. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship from Texas, USA. Domestic orders typically arrive within 4-14 days, while international orders may take 2-12 weeks. We are currently unable to ship to certain countries, including Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Orders from these locations will be refunded.
The HermitPost Zine team is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipment. This is the courier's responsibility. If damage occurs, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us for assistance. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee our ability to replace any lost or damaged packages.
Orders are shipped via USPS, with tracking provided for all domestic order and most international shipments.
EU and UK residents: Due to new shipping restrictions, your order may incur VAT or tax fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can receive a full refund if you cancel during the preorder period. Cancellations after the preorder period ends are not accepted, but we may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final after the preorder period ends. Returns are not accepted.
