WHAT IS THIS PROJECT?
HermitPost is a charity zine aiming to create postcards of every base in Season 10 of Hermitcraft. 50+ artists have worked together to bring this project to life, each art representing the joy and inspiration that the Hermits have given us as a community over the years with their builds. HermitPost exists as both a love letter to the amazing builds of Hermitcraft and a showcase of the talented and passionate fan artists of the Hermitcraft community. 

WHAT CHARITY DOES THIS BENEFIT?
HermitPost is supporting Gamers Outreach with the profit raised from this project. Gamers Outreach is a charity that empowers hospitalized children
through video games. Building a world where play is
easily prioritized alongside research and treatment.

HOW DO STRETCH GOALS WORK?
Stretch goals are unlocked based off of how many orders we receive. Once stretch goals are unlocked they will apply to all orders unless specifically noted otherwise. A list of our stretch goals and updates on which ones we've hit can be found on our Tumblr.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY ITEMS I CAN ORDER?
Due to shipping restrictions, the most we are able to ship per order is 5 postcard packs international and 10 domestic.

IS THERE INTERNALTIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, international shipping is available. Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to several locations including Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Orders made to these countries will be refunded.
We do understand that the cost of international shipping is relatively high. We have done everything we can to minimize shipping costs, but unfortunately international shipping from the US is significantly higher than domestic.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items listed are a preorder item. The estimated production time for this project is approximately 2-3 months. We expect items will be ready for shipping in May 2025 - July 2025, though this timeframe may change pending production delays. During the production period, we will be posting updates on our Tumblr @hermitpostzine. Be sure to follow us to keep up to date on any changes!

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
You can update your shipping address anytime before shipments begin. We will post a reminder with a Change of Address form on our social media page when shipping starts. Once shipping has started, addresses can no longer be changed.

WHAT ABOUT DIGITAL ITEMS?
Digital items will be posted and linked to our Tumblr once physical items have shipped. Digital goods are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.
